I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation ...

Beautiful central apartment with parking
The apartment was clean, kitchen area was nice to have, plus washer/dryer. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment, so something to keep in mind. The QR code was helpful for info about the radiator, but there was nothing about the towel rack. I’m assuming it’s not functional. Beds were ...

Two bedroom holiday cottage with garden and off-street parking, Bourton-on-the-Water - North House

17th century converted barn in Cotswolds stone- 5 mins from Bourton On The Water
A beautiful converted barn in lovely, quiet surroundings away from the madding crowds of Bourton and Stow. Janey was also very quick to respond to any minor queries we had before and during our arrival. Beds very comfortable!
