”The room as always was clean and amenities excellent. We also received complementary glass of fizz as a thank you for returning. ”Room was comfortable, however it had very poor ventilation in the bathroom and no opening windows. Paint peeling and mould in the bathroom. A nice hotel but lots of knobs and buttons missing from elevators and toilets. Friendly, helpful staff and nice meals at the restaurant. ”
