We had to check out because of the smell in our non smoking room that felt like smoking room,causing an asthma attack on my aunt.we booked 6 days, spent a night and They refused to refund. They were only interested in the money not your safety. They did not leave to expectation. Book at your own risk!!”

Called the service number for help and was basically told 'other guests managed, so you should too'. Not only is this unsafe, it's unacceptable customer service.
