The location is perfect for the downtown area where you can walk everywhere without driving. The staff is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is horrible for this hotel.

Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
Great stay. Area around the hotel is a little sketchy. Pool was busy. Evening managers special was very busy. Exercise room was empty and the equipment was like new. But property was clean, staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, cool, and comfortable.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs by IHG
The beds were TERRIBLE! They were sunken in and weren’t comfortable at all. Definitely need to be replaced. My room wasn’t ready at check in so I had to wait more than an hour AFTER check in to get my room. It was on the first floor close to the lobby and loud.
