One front desk staff member was awesome, but the others during our stay were a bit less friendly. None were rude or unprofessional. They gave us fresh washcloths when they weren’t able to clean the room. ”Room was in terrible condition. Floors were ripped up, paint was peeling off the walls, tried to get towels and they told me they had none. No one was ever at the front desk or answering the phone. They also don’t offer housekeeping on the weekends. Our toilet stopped working and instead of coming to fix it they handed my husband a plunger and told him to try that. Do not recommend this hotel.”

”The facility was pretty run down. Peeling paint, shower head off the wall. Lady behind the desk couldn’t really communicate. Locals were hosting a party at the guests pool which made it inaccessible. Not the best experience. ”

”The hotel could use a basic "refresh". While my room was a nice size, it was a bit run down and could use an overall upgrade. The staff was great - Shane is wonderful! I was not clear when housekeeping was to come. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was only made 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Good location. ”

”The only decent thing was the room. Breakfast was horrible, no vending machines in the "Ice & Vending" areas (had to buy over priced items in the Sundries Pantry), and the elevators were out of service the entire time we were there.”

”I was very disappointed that the on-site restaurant was closed on my overnight stay. I expected it to be open so I could just check in and go upstairs to eat. The front desk said they were not enough people to staff the kitchen. That’s why it was closed. I wound up driving 10 minutes away for a mediocre meal. I have eaten at the Placery in other Hyatt and it was excellent, so I was disappointed that this one did not have an opened restaurant.”

”Room was much smaller than what was seamed on photos. Wide angle view makes us look much larger. Bathroom was fine but the actual room just enough space for bed and 1-2 feet are on each side of bed. That was it. No place to put your clothes. Only hooks on wall. Fridge will hold minimal items maybe one full subway sandwich so pack accordingly. They would not switch room to a larger one even when available for additional charge (maybe their policy is different but still did not expect that). No...
