”This is a good remodel of an older facility. A couple of things need to be improved: The heating units are WAY too noisy. We were in a ground-level unit, and there was no "privacy" curtain, so when we opened the curtain anyone could see into our unit. Really, if these two things were fixed, we would have no problem giving this facility a 5-star rating.”

”Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help.
Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. Bathtub had to be re-cleaned to shower in. Odd they even had a bathroom shower.
Pool: DOES NOT look like online photos. We thought it...

”I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel to Denver every month this year and have been trying out different hotels and this one was BY FAR the best!! The staff went above and beyond and the room was immaculate. This is THE spot.”

”The service was great. The room was very clean. We loved the ski valet and the onsite restaurant. Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again!”
