”This is a really nice hotel located right on Cox's Bazar beach. Even though we didn't have an seafront room, we had a junior suite that had wonderful views of the sea from both of our balconies. It's quite a great design to facilitate this. Staff was helpful and friendly...starting with Noor at check in, to Rupak at the breakfast egg station and others whose names I won't remember. ”Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. ”
