”There seamed to be multiple plumbing issues throughout the building. The cleaning was near non-existent. The cleaning staff acted like they were doing me a favour. They bought towels asked if I wanted the room cleaned and only touched the bathroom. Never! Ever! again. Don’t do it. Take this place off your listings.”

”Hyvä sijainti, juna asema vieressä. Vei suoraan keskustaan n 15min. Kauppa hotellin vieressä Huone aika pieni 3 ihmiselle”

”The main thing that always stands out to me here is how nice the staff are x”

”The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population.”

After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either. After 20 minutes the reservation was found after going...

”There was no hot water for shower it was very cold water window could not be open it was very difficult to breathe it looks like the place is falling apart need complete renovation. The double bed was extremely small for two people”

”The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber.”

”Self-check in, mould at the end of the bed in the sheets, cracks in walls, floors unswept, smelt of smoke upon entry (despite being a non-smoking hotel), found a bug on the towels, mould around the window, safety lock on window broken, door could be easily pushed open if not locked”
