”The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”

”We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and...

”Be sure to clarify what specific room you are getting prior to your trip. Ours what not the same level of quality as the one we had expected. And after a couple days of investigating we realized there was bat droppings falling on our bed and they were unable to move us to another room until whole 24 hours later. We had to rearrange the furniture to move the bed to a "safe zone" to sleep. All of it was unfortunate. The kid the front desk tried to be helpful, but wasn't really able to do...

”I will start by stating that Ana, the host is VERY accommodating for all of our needs. They went out of their way to get decent beach chairs (which weren't there upon arrival) However, I must point out that the photos listed showing the view from the unit as well as most of the unit are horribly wrong. You CANNOT see the ocean. Your only view is of trees blocking that view shown in photos (Those photos must've been taken many years ago) The only thing you might see is some of the tennis courts...
