”The service staff was great. The hotel is a little rundown and we understand that they’re not fixing things because the hotel is going to be renovated. The safe in the room did not work. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast continuously ran out of plates, juice machine was broken and most days there was no juice in the refrigerator for the guests. The beds and room were comfortable. Despite the issues I would stay at the hotel again. Overall, our experience was a good one.”

”The walls were super thin and you could hear everything through them. The area was sketchy and it felt like there were people talking and yelling all night.”

”The bathroom was dirty. Someone checked in to the room above us and were running back and forth around 11pm. This went on for around an hour and then they were back up around 530 am and woke us up.”

”It was clean enough, but just old. The bathroom needed an upgrade as it was really showing wear.”

”Pool was out of order during the entire stay. The in-room iron did not work and needed to request a replacement twice. Hotel’s texting feature yelled no response and concierge staff response was inconsistent. ”

”When we checked in the pool wasn’t working. Knowing that they gave a 30% to other customers but didn’t give it to me. Then when the AC turned on it would shake the room. Wanted manger to contact me but never did. Won’t stay there again.”

”The property was older and showed its age but everything was clean and that’s a big deal. Coffee available 24 hours. A decent breakfast and the site was close to myriads of restaurants and all type of shopping.”

”Room was spotless except gross brown crud @ bottom of toilet drain, possible partial clogging, photo available. Talked to night clerk who suggested I should use a plunger. I commented that actually was his job! He came to the room and said those brown stains were normal discoloration. I don't think so. Therewas a fridge but no microwave nor alarm clock. Breakfast was adequate but very basic. Two waffle makers was a really nice touch.”

”Our stay was last moment and I’m so glad I found this perfect spot! The host was amazing with great communication. The Tiny home was very clean and immediately comfortable!! We loved the feel of being on the “Plains” and the open but quietness of the set up! We will be back! 10 Stars! ”
