”The restaurant food and system was horrible. Everything in the buffet was poorly refilled and it was for the most part cold. There is no towels, and you are granted a key card for 1 pool towel to which there are only 2 swap out stations that close early therefore you carry a dirty towel until you are able to exchange it. The 24 hours snacks are nacho chips with no cheese, we asked if it would be refilled and were told they were out. A fridge full of squishes hotdogs and burgers frozen for you to...

”The food was amazing for our entire stay. I would stay here again just for the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is nice but there are a lot of old boats anchored in the water so the view isn’t great. Pretty disappointing actually. That and there is a tour pick up point right down the beach so there are boats and jet skis flying in and out pretty much non stop.”

”We have a family member either celiac and were thrilled to find the entire hotel was gluten free. We thought it was beautiful and well maintained. We thought some of the adventure guides could have been better, but we otherwise loved our experience and would highly recommend the hotel.”

”This resort was perfect for our family! It was small enough that I felt comfortable letting our teens roam, but large enough to have enough to do. Jose had a fun list of activities each day and there was entertainment in the evenings. The meals were delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely return to visit and recommend it to others!”
