”The property is beautiful and very well maintained. My only issue is with the children who are not supervised by their parents. There was even an incident where a child almost drowned (she was under the water for 5 minutes0 and had to be revived. This was all while her family sat right there drinking. There really needs to be one designated pool where the water is no higher than 3 feet for kids. The adults only pool most of the time had kids in it as well. I was displeased with that as sometimes...

”From the time we booked, they were always reaching out to see if there was anything we needed or wanted to do during our trip. Upon arrival we were greeted by a few of the staff, particularly Adrian. Right from the get go they were extremely hospitable and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Alot of the staff are from that neighborhood and we actually ate two nights at Soda El Rincon which is just this little family owned place that serves absolutely delicious food. ”It really was a great hotel, property was really great. The free breakfast was a huge plus. My only complaints are the rooms really need to be renovated.Very outdated. Rooms are very hot. And the bartenders need to be a lot faster. 20 min for a drink is crazy when there are only 8 people at the bar, consistently for 6 straight nights. Other than that the location is prime and my family had a great time. ”
