”Sadly what started off as a lovely hotel ended up as a disaster. While the hotel is in a great location and has some nice features, on the last morning my friend woke to find her jewelry had been taken from the room. When we brought to attention of staff they didn’t seem fussed, she followed up via email and the response was unhelpful and so the whole experience was ruined. The pieces were not expensive but sentimental and the lack of concern or care for the distress caused was shocking.”

”Delightful hotel in the middle of town. The staff is incredibly helpful and the hotel is a respite after a busy day out full of sights and sounds. I didn't use the pool or Jacuzzi, so I can't speak to those, but my room was clean, the walk-in shower was lovely and the hotel restaurant had excellent food and service.”

”The hotel is nice and close of everything but the beds are very uncomfortable, the rooms don’t have a closet just a tube to hang the clothes.
The rooms has 2 window and the curtains are super thin that you have to wake up super early because it gives you all the light on your face and some windows have no curtains which make it very difficult to sleep.
The hotel has a bar on the ground floor and you can hear everything as if you were inside the bar, which you don't rest at all either because of...
