”This resort was nothing like RIU Tropical Bay as they didn’t clean the rooms, change the bed sheets, take out the trash everyday etc. The restaurants were aweful except for the steakhouse and making reservations for them was a nightmare that even the front desk workers couldn’t do. We had a death in the family the first night that we arrived so my wife had to fly home the next day and checked out of the resort so she wasn’t there for 4 whole days and when I asked for a partial refund only for...

”I didn’t like the way the daytime staff in the souvenir shop followed me around asking repeatedly if I wanted to buy something. I was clearly only there to make a purchase however I was simply browsing. It caused me to leave without buying anything. I did come back in the evening shift and they were much more pleasant.”

”We stayed for five nights in late March and were thoroughly impressed with the property. It was clean, comfortable, and had stunning views. The private beach was perfect and was teeming with sea glass if you are a collector. We walked the path between the neighborhood and larger beach several times to eat at Office of Nature (delicious). They even helped us arrange transportation. Communication with April was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home!”

”This is a beautiful property. The only reasons we could not give it 5 stars was because the grill was not working and would not be replaced nor fixed timely and we wanted to use it and the AC unit in the master bedroom was not cooling the room.
