”I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again.”

”These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around. "The reservation manager is not in office but we'll have him call you back...

”My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

”The property represents real Jamaica, not the commercialization on Jamaica. Winston and Cassandra were very nice. 2 flaws were that the jacuzzi did not work and neither did the TV the had. But all in all it’s nice!!”

”Overall the resort was great! I didn’t know that the resort had just reopened, so there were extremely unexpected delays with checkin and items needed in the room, i.e. an iron and ironing board. Fire alarm was going off sporadically and it was loud! I was upgraded to a swim out and although it was nice, the pool was not clean at all. The food was great and the staff was as helpful as they could be I guess, but very jovial and pleasant. I’m sure when they are back up 100% it will be amazing and...

”We arrived late afternoon and were welcomed by generous hosts who were very accommodating. The house has 4 rooms, a seaside pool, and great snorkeling and swimming right on the property. The room was big, the water was hot, and the AC worked great. The area is a little hard to find via rental car but the property is secluded, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely stay again. ”

”Where do I start. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom. It took two people to come out and figure it out. There were no towels left. The place smelled of paint and mildew. There were dead flies all of the ground, as if the place hadn’t been swept before we arrived. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom faucet kept coming off when I tried to turn the water on. Once it was time to leave we left the key at security where we were instructed to. Only to be called numerous times telling me I...
