”Loved the bungalow but every time you pay with points you become less priority. I paid for ocean view and ment a lot to me and I’m pretty sure it was a partial view of the beach. I had 75% of my view was the next bungalow. When you pay with points, you become less of a important customer.”

”There were some areas that needed upgrading, such as the carpet in the room was pretty old, etc. Service staff were very good. Entertainment was good. It’s a big resort with lots of stairs which could prove difficult for people with mobility issues. Over all though we had a great time and it was lovely.”

”The location is excellent and the view from Rainbow towers beachfront room is breathtaking. Room needs a little update and there was absolutely awfull waiting in lines to everywhere. Still an excellent choise.”

”The Condo was amazing! The views were fantastic! We saw both whales and sea turtles. We did not go snorkeling however, other families told us that the snorkeling off the beach was great and had many different fish. My husband and I really enjoyed the BBQ area and all the other guests/residents were very friendly. You can definitely tell that Barb and Larry take a lot of pride into making your stay a wonderful experience. We walked to a mini golf course, shaved ice and a coffee stand. The condo...

”It was beautiful and the staff was lovely. But the temperature in my room was beyond cold. I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. I had to put on layers to sleep and my face was frozen every day.”
