”The room was clean, but very sparse and not a comfortable place to relax. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. There were only two dining chairs to sit in, no comfortable reading chair or sofa. The hard surface floor added to the cold, emptiness. Be warned that military jets fly by all during the day, but did stop over night. The HVAC unit is also very loud when it comes on. All-in-all, it is not bad for the price, but it is not a relaxing stay.”

”The only thing that could have made this hotel perfect was if they had a breakfast of some kind. The kitchenette is great, especially if your staying more than a night but when you have to be up and out early it would be nice to be able to go grab something downstairs. The location is great. The staff was friendly and the room and everything was very clean. ”

”Comforts of Whidbey was a lovely place to stay. It was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was cool to wake up to only the sound of birds. Breakfast was made fresh for each guest in the morning. The common room was very well-stocked with water, snacks, and k-cup coffees. Rita and Carl were lovely hosts and I would highly recommend Comforts of Whidbey to anyone.”

”No, the room had a musty, moldy smell. I purchased room deoderant to cover the odor as much as possible during our stay. 4 out of 5 light bulbs in the dining area fixture were burned out and 1 was missing from a lamp in the living room. It would be good to have at least 1 sauce pan and a toaster. The living room couch was rock hard. I believe it may be a sleeper sofa, but it would be uncomfortable at best to sleep on. The view is beautiful!!! ”

”Lovely place. Rachel is super attentive and has added lots of small touches that make it a great stay. The room includes a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and small portable oven. For couples travelling with babies/ toddlers the room comes with a large walk in wardrobe / adjacent room which easily fits a crib and means you can close the door and not worry about waking your child. Highly recommend and we will be back!”

”Amazing!!! We had the best, cozy pacific NW weekend. The cabin had everything we needed and is within 10 to 20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Wonderful host!”

”Nice place with all the essentials you need. Unfortunately there was mold in the shower stall when we arrived so that icked us out. Honestly feels like we should get a refund for the cleaning fee at least. The hot tub is shared between all 3 houses so privacy is not guaranteed. ”
