”We arrived to a room that was very minimal. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water and a refrigerator. I immediately made tea, a non caffeinated tea. We felt like the comforter and sheet wasn’t enough but turned up the temp. There were 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels and one of the bottles of product had fallen off the wall and was on the shower hand rail, there were no shelves in the shower for a razor or products. ”The property was fairly clean but definitely needs updating. No carpet made the room feel cold and stark. Walls were very thin and heard people talking in the halls. Heard footsteps frequently from people walking in the room above us. The bed was a memory foam mattress but was not comfortable at all. Bathroom door would not stay open and had to prop it open with a towel. Felt like we overpaid for what we received.”

”We had a variety of problems during our two day visit. The shower had very little water pressure part of the time. We didn’t have a microwave until we asked for one. The bathroom light was very dim most of the time. The TV didn’t work properly half of the time. There were no plates for breakfast for several minutes. There was no orange juice the second morning. There wasn’t even a telephone in the room to call the front desk!”
