”Sehr freundlicher Check-in, Kofferservice. Unser Studio hatte Meeres - und Friedhofsblick, es war sehr groß modern, sauber, ruhig. Der Perlator Waschbecken bräuchte eine Entkalkung, Wasser spritzt in alle Richtungen. In der Dusche wackelt die Armatur- Abdeckung.
Dinner Bar: gut. Service hervorragend.

”Loved the hotel, it met everything we wanted in terms of cleanliness & amenities.
The negative was we had previously requested a room facing the lake and they had not planned for it. Since the property was full we were unable to have any view. Must say we were disappointed as we had booked months in advance.”

”Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful.
There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer.
Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay.
