”I would gladly stay here again! The hotel was in such a convenient location, we parked the car and didn't need it throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and I loved their ice water station and great coffee selection in the rooms and in the lobby. I have no bad things to say about our stay at this hotel. You will see some displaced citizens hanging out a block away because I believe their services building is there but they do not bother you. If...

You can't access the elevators without scanning your room card and you can't pick your floor until you find the scanner. No arrows or lit up light showing where you scan. And until you scan your floor the elevator doesn't go anywhere. We were stuck inside on the first floor until somebody was going to go up. When the doors opened we got off.
