”Comfortable room, close to attractions and restaurants, great pool with hot tub, nice fitness room but could use updated equipment, would have liked a better breakfast with fresh eggs and more ”

”Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. ”

”We were there for a tournament, and I will assume the property charges premium on those days. We paid a 3 star hotel price and received road side motel accommodations. Room was dark with windows facing inside of warehouse, (remember to ask in advance for parking lot facing windows if ever booking this place). The room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals, bed sheets are old and unclean. Beds and pillows feels like they are way way past their retirement age. Aside from the convenience of it...

”We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room.”

”No amenities at property, not even a coffee maker. Property is undergoing a remodel and is filthy. No daily room services offered, such as clean towels or garbage collection. ”

”We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. ”

”Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. The shower did not work well. The breakfast was minimal. No coffee in the room. I don’t feel the room was worth what we paid. I will definitely look for someplace different for our next stay in the area. ”

”Checked in at night, however the first room we entered was very dirty, dirty towels on the floor and dirty sheets. The second time we got a room that was not the same price. Finally they resolved the issue after 3 times. ”

”Absolute dump. Don't be misled by the photos. I was hesitant at first to book a room because of the low price plus not being a national chain. But the photos on Expedia made the place appear OK so I booked 2 nights through Expedia. (I should note that I also had to pre-pay for both nights). Frankly, for the price I didn't expect much but this hotel didn't even live up to those low expectations. Immediately upon arrival I had my doubts but it was late and I had already pre-paid for two nights...
