”Aside from the claustrophobic room, the one thing that destroyed our visit was feathers. We called ahead to be sure there were no down pillows or comforters because of a severe allergy. They assured us that the room would be without feathers. As we checked into the room after a long day, we found down in all the pillows. The front desk took no responsibility, said there was no note about it, but did find us two polyester pillows. But just like cat dander or peanuts, there is always some...
