”We love this hotel! It’s always a great experience! From the room, the lobby, the staff, the front porch, the location and the restaurant. It has everything we want and need!”

”Room was quite clean, in appearance and smell. However, maintenance was substandard: broken outlet cover exposing live wires, bathroom door wouldn't latch. Recent paint job (good) with masking tape still around fire fixtures in the hall (not good). The in-room coffee maker didn't have the right filter basket (?!). Room was easy to access and had a very nice new shower stall (BTW - the shower handle was very loose).”

”Property overall was wonderful, great location, great amenities and staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend this property.”

”Incredible view great staff”

”This is the best stay on the Island. Enjoy dinner and entertainment at the Grand Hotel but stay here. Everything moment was a joy. Renting bikes from the inn, enjoying a late evening outdoor fire with kits for s’mores, clean and comfortable room with a balcony and view and a delicious breakfast each day. We’ll be coming again with friends and family.”

”The breakfast was fantastic, our room was beautiful and we loved our stay! It was far enough away from downtown to be peaceful and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again!”

”We loved our stay, nice and quiet, the balcony was a definite plus and the room was immaculate!”

”I loved the location! I love the balcony and they have a beach area that I got to sit out and read peacefully. The rooms need some updating, the slide door worked poorly. The breakfast is a nice touch. The location is awesome if you’re looking to explore Michigan”

”Our room was so run down. The room advertised was supposed to be courtside but showed inside the hotel. We ended up getting one of motel looking rooms right by the front doors. Bad patch work, heater took forever to start working, loud and our beds where at least less 5 years pass their prime, one even had a exposed boxspring. We will not be staying there again.”

”View was beautiful!!! Loved the fireplace”

”Great pool. Wonderful view!”

”The whole experience was amazing start to finish Thank you for a great trip!”
