”A lot of the “smart” features did not work very well. It seemed to me like it was actually causing communication issues with the systems like the AC and a lot the rooms were having heating issues. Opening and closing the blinds were difficult because of this. And there was a light in the bathroom that could not be turned off, like a night light, which I understand the need for it but I like to sleep in the dark.”

”If it pleaseth thee to ascend only to descend, thou shalt verily adore this abode! The lifting chambers fail in their duty most grievously. We were compelled to mount unto the eighth tier merely to reach the seventh, and the lever to descend from the seventh hath vanished entirely. Thus, we were forced to climb ever higher each time we wished to make our way below.”

”Wonderful staff! Had a problem getting into the bed because it was too high and I was too short. They were wonderful with accommodating my needs! They moved me to a new room and location! ”
