”The room was really clean and I liked the walk in shower. All of the staff were really helpful and answered all of our questions. It was hard to regulate the room temperature. That was the only thing we didn't like. The food was good at Bread and Butter Cafe and the casino had a lot of slot machines that were good. We will be back next year!”

”Very expensive hotel; not any options to dine except for hotel restaurant and room service. Hotel was close to National Monuments (within walking distance). Employees were helpful and the room we stayed in was comfortable.”

”This hotel is gorgeous. A luxury hotel at a reasonable price. Absolutely incredible. I deeply want to give more than 3 stars but the food situation was just SO annoying. I stayed for 4 nights and took meals at the hotel. I had to order from the in-hotel restaurant, run up to my room, while it was prepared, and run back down to pick it up. For this pleasure, I was expected to give a tip. (You pay first so I’m not going to take the chance of not tipping and having my food tampered with.) Two...

”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...
