”It was walking distance to everything”

”Was originally put in “historic” side of hotel that had horrible carpets that held a smell. When asked to change rooms the desk put me in another room same side same problem. So after returning to the desk and only asking if there was a room that was updated did she offer to put me in the New/modern side of the hotel. Serious upgrade. Why she didn’t offer in the first place is beyond me. Don’t stay in “historic” rooms & make sure to ask for when booking.”

”Our second stay at Casa Munras. Solid stay and clean room, but nothing extra special. Parking charge seems unnecessary. ”

”I was in room 207 and had 206 knocking on the wall due to my son was making noise I took front desk and was told not to worry but it wasn't nice the whole night”

”I’m usually pretty easygoing with hotels, and I’m used to them being at least reasonably quiet, but the walls and ceilings here were unbelievably thin. You could hear every single footstep from the room above, including constant walking and stomping late into the night. Between that and the smoke detector flashing a bright light every 30 seconds directly into the room, it was extremely difficult to get any sleep. I’ve honestly never experienced noise this bad at a hotel before. The check-in...

”You can hear airplanes and garbage truck (?) on a nightly basis plus someone is playing the horn in distance at 10 PM and 7 AM. I don’t know what’s going on with that. Breakfast a solid 6/10. The things they do have at breakfast are all OK but for example, there’s nothing to put on the toast besides butter and jam. There’s a very nice gas operated fireplace in the room, which is a big plus. We had a junior suite which was very roomy and also the bathroom is very spacious.”
