”Great location in Newcastle and near to the train station and Utilita arena which was the reason for our overnight stay. Our room was ideal for the night - clean, comfortable, well furnished with a very good shower. ”

”Spotless room...... Great friendly staff.... Good food and good selection. Only the dated single glazing windows at the front of hotel let's it down slightly as its quite noisy with being on the main road. I always try to get a room to the rear as it's quieter ”

”I stayed twice here on my recent trips and once on my earlier trip. I like it as the location is perfect, and it has everything I need. I haven't though ever had breakfast there (you can get with extra payment) as my favourite breakfast place is very close. I am in this area quite often and try to stay here if it's not fully booked on the time of my visit.”

”Staff overall pleasant however heads up early checkins really only an option when asking ahead. My room was great and comfy. Be advised if you haven't drove you will need public transport or a taxi to get into center but they are both easy to use. I would recommend.”

”For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints. ”
