”Host was great at contact and very helpful. We had a number of problems that we informed the host about on departure. We were there for two nights and felt the issues could not be resolved during our stay but the host was unhappy that we didn’t inform them about issues sooner. We didn’t feel that the property was adequately cleaned. Downstairs was clean but the bedrooms and bathrooms weren’t very clean at all. Two rooms upstairs smelt of smoke. Outside there was overflowing rubbish, broken...
