”the cottages were nice but i only chose to stay here because of the waterpark and i was told they would be open friday-sunday and it was closed friday. the cottage wasn’t as close as it seems to the waterpark, they gave us a cottage all the way in the back and although they have shuttles for convenience we were waiting at least 20 minutes each time.”

”Wifi didn’t work in our room. We informed front desk about it. They promised to take a look at it and inform us. Don’t know if they did anything about it, since it didn’t start to work any better. Wifi is important to tourists coming from out of States and don’t have the luxury to use unlimited access to internet as locals do. Hotel was clean. Bar food ok.”

”Hilarious service: all the reseption and breakfast personnel at the restaurant were unbelievalbly rude. Actually never had such bad service on any continent (been to all exept Australia and New Zealand). You should not book this hotel unless you are spanish speaking because they treat you like sh.. In Finland we are raised up to never disrespect people by their profession or status, be they cleaning personnel or management. These people in this hotel are out of this world. They do their best to...

”The villa was very clean and well kept. We had an issue with the smoke alarm that went off at night and the staff was very quick to resolve and fix the alarm. The only complaint I would have is that the mattress on the bed are rock hard. So after a long day of walking at disney it was hard to lay on a hard bed.”
