”My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking...

”Very happy with the price. Free upgrade from club room to suite was appreciated. Lovely large fuffy towels. Very comfy bed and pillows. Staff were all welcoming. Small gym, pool, steam room and sauna on site. Minor draw back, bathroom door didnt shut properly and bath plug hole made gurgling noise even though we didnt use it.”
