”Our family spent a week in this great Hotel in Singapore. The service was really excellent - the whole staff took such a good care of us that it was amazing. We truly enjoyed the week in this fantastic Hotel, the location is great especially if you want to do shopping. The rooms were clean and kept in a good shape. ”Two-bedroom apartment was big enough for our family of four. It was good to have our own washing machine and dryer. Hotel breakfast area is rather small and hence packed in the mornings. Pool was nice and clean. Hotel bus shuttle service was convenient. Peaceful location not too far from city center. Supermarket in the same complex was a nice surprise. ”

”The staff was generally helpful and friendly and did the best they could. However, the breakfast situation was woeful... Hotels.com itinerary and listing clearly listed that Daily Breakfast is offered (it still does today). They failed to mention that breakfast is not offered on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays. ”The staff were very helpful especially when there was a mistake from the Hotels.com booking. One of the room i booked cannot be flushed. Another room may have bed bugs as one of my uncle was scratching the whole night. And some of the guests staying there were rowdy in the middle of the night.”
