”Our family spent a week in this great Hotel in Singapore. The service was really excellent - the whole staff took such a good care of us that it was amazing. We truly enjoyed the week in this fantastic Hotel, the location is great especially if you want to do shopping. The rooms were clean and kept in a good shape. Above all the attitude towards customer service is excellent. ”

”Singapore is amazing metropol, so clean and safe with lot of places to visit and endless shopping opportunities. Fullerton Bay exceeded our expectations which were of course high already before the visit concerning the price. Hotel was exclusive, it's atmosphere and premises were sophisticated and service excellent throughout the visit. Room was spacious and well decorated with bay view and pool area was lovely too. Location was convenient near to metro station.”

”A very nice hotel in a very handy location, in a quiet corner of Sentosa entertainment island. Located by the sea, W has a resort feel, and yet you’re a 15-minute taxi trip away from city centre. There’s a free shuttle every hour or so to Resort World (feat. Universal theme park and more) and to Vivo City mall (feat. Harbour Front metro station) on the city side, it only takes about 15 minutes to the latter. There’s a large video wall at the entrance that sets the tone for the rest: the hotel...

”Hotel has excellent restaurants and bar and the service level is top notch, all corresponding to the 5-star rating. Very centrally located next to Orchard road shopping. The building itself is dated (80's - 90's style retro) and in need of repair.”

”We had a nice stay here. The room was pretty good, except that there was rather little closet space available. The swimming pool was nice. The location was pretty good with Little India's restaurants nearby and a subway station underneath the hotel.”

”Overall experience was very good. We booked 2 rooms and our room was first 2 night handicapped room which we didnt like. It was having high humidity. Fortunately we were able change the room which was ok. The breakfast was very good and pool and garden wonderful. We were staying at Garden wing which has nice balcony in each rooms. You can see that rooms have been used quite many years but still cleanness and the level of the room is good. My daughters family was in another room. They liked the...
