”Hotel has excellent restaurants and bar and the service level is top notch, all corresponding to the 5-star rating. Very centrally located next to Orchard road shopping. The building itself is dated (80's - 90's style retro) and in need of repair.”

”We had a nice stay here. The room was pretty good, except that there was rather little closet space available. The swimming pool was nice. The location was pretty good with Little India's restaurants nearby and a subway station underneath the hotel.”

”This felt like a very American hotel: Claims to be 5 stars, but is more like a glorified 3.5 stars. On the first night, three of the lamps in my room could not be turned off no matter what I did. This got fixed the next day but it was not fun to pay 220EUR/night and have to sleep with the lights on. On the next day, one of the lights kept going on and off on its own which was pretty spooky. The soundproofing is on the poor side, you wake up every time someone closes their door in the hallway....

”Our family spent a week in this great Hotel in Singapore. The service was really excellent - the whole staff took such a good care of us that it was amazing. We truly enjoyed the week in this fantastic Hotel, the location is great especially if you want to do shopping. The rooms were clean and kept in a good shape. Above all the attitude towards customer service is excellent. ”

”Upea hotelli ja erinomainen sijainti. Edellinen käynti oli 20 vuotta sitten ja edelleen kaikki toimii. Huone oli mukava ja sänky riittävä myös pitkälle henkilölle”

”Singapore is amazing metropol, so clean and safe with lot of places to visit and endless shopping opportunities. Fullerton Bay exceeded our expectations which were of course high already before the visit concerning the price. Hotel was exclusive, it's atmosphere and premises were sophisticated and service excellent throughout the visit. Room was spacious and well decorated with bay view and pool area was lovely too. Location was convenient near to metro station.”

”Goodwood Park Hotel oli pettymys, sillä se oli saanut erittäin hyvä arvostelut, mutta hotellin kunto ja taso ei todellakaan vastaa yli neljän tähden arvosanoja. Hotellia ei todellakaan ole 5-tähden paikka, jota sen väitetään olevan. Tilat ovat nuhjuiset (poislukien sisääntuloaula) ja huoneet nähneet parhaat päivänsä (vaihdoimme kolme kertaa huonetta, joten näimme niitä monta). Yhdessä huoneesta oli homeen hajua ja monessa huoneessa oli tahroja lattiassa. Pyyhkeet ja kylpytakitkin olivat...
