”The rooms were huge, more like suites, and well apportioned. Hot tub and welcome bottle of champagne were nice.
Pools were lovely and the entertainment staff were awesome!
There was a planned power outage on one day for a few hours where the staff arranged a foam party at the pool and added additional grill options for lunch.
The evening entertainment was very high quality, in particular the trapeze acrobats and the singers.

”Breakfast and lunch are okay to good. Dinners are really amazing 10/10. Overall, I would say the food is above average. The only restaurant where the food fell short was the grill. All the other dining options were excellent. Desserts taste great and there is a lot of variety. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the drinks at the restaurants are great. Because the resort is not very crowded, it feels chill and peaceful. The visitors are mostly older couples.

”Our first time at the Valentin and it did not disappoint. We had a swim up suite and the room was amazing. Huge bathroom and shower. The bar staff at the pool were all great and very attentive. We saw the famous iguana, Kevin, and he’s quite impressive. Beautiful grounds, lots of wildlife and birds. Food was great. ”Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view.
The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part.
Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.”
