”The family room worked well for our one-night stay in Bath. Weirdly, the room was equipped with towels and cups only for two guests. The spa is actually pretty nice in the hotel. It is also very well situated. ”

”A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! ”

”The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the staff came back at a time requested for our room to be serviced. The evening meal was lovely and the cocktails made by the barman were excellent. We had 2 pets with us and the room had 2 pet beds set up in our room on arrival which was lovely. ”

As it was a celebration, they very kindly upgraded our room which was amazing with fabulous views of the garden. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous, and made us feel really welcome.
