”The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay.”

”One night stay for black sabbath concert. My bag were brought already in my room when i arrived after the concert. Very helpful and friendly staff. Bit far away from birmingham centre”

”For anyone needing to find accommodation in this area, I would recommend Lilleshall. Located in the centre of huge grounds surrounded by woods and pathways, the rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped and breakfast offers a rage of cooked options, fruits and cereals. The staff are very helpful and eager to assist in whatever the query. Parking is not a problem, there is plenty. Looking forward to the next time.”

”Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again.”

”Another fantastic stay at Moat House for my parents, who simply won't stay anywhere else when they're visiting the area! The whole team were phenomenal from start to finish. Apologies that we didn't manage to get everyone's names, but Hannah on reception was amazing at check-in, and Kirsty was excellent at check-out. ”Mukava, siisti hotelli. Vanhan-ajan tunnelmaa. Alapesusuihku puuttui ja valaistus heikko huoneessa. Jonkinlainen kirkasvalolamppu esim. meikkaamiseen olisi tarpeellinen. Useimmissa hotelleissa, tässäkin oli pesunesteet varsin voimakashajuisia. Uskoisin, että hajusteettomat tuotteet olisivat parempia, kaikille sopivia. Olimme varanneet ja maksaneet huoneen Hotels.comille kokonaisuudessaan, mutta lähtiessämme meitä veloitettiin aamukiireessä vielä "erehdyksessä" lisää. Rahat pahoitteluineen...

”I think a basic hotel. All worked well, in principle, and I could stay again. I think it's the best option if you want to be in downtown Wolverhampton. the location is pretty good.
