”One night stay for black sabbath concert. My bag were brought already in my room when i arrived after the concert. Very helpful and friendly staff. Bit far away from birmingham centre”

”The bedroom was good with two comfortable double beds. Shower but no bath but not an issue for us. Room was quite warm. A fan is provided. Be aware that the gym and parking is an additional cost, although not expensive.”

”Excellent value for money, very spacious property suitable for up to four adults.”

”Stayed here a few times when it was Redwings Lodge. Always the ideal place for me, as it is near the Civic Hall. Basic amenities, but all you need. No bells or whistles.”

”A wonderful hotel, everything was super nice, the room, (given a upgrade), the food outstanding, and the friendliest you could have ever meet. Definitely will book when next in the area.”

”Very friendly staff”

”Mukava, siisti hotelli. Vanhan-ajan tunnelmaa. Alapesusuihku puuttui ja valaistus heikko huoneessa. Jonkinlainen kirkasvalolamppu esim. meikkaamiseen olisi tarpeellinen. Useimmissa hotelleissa, tässäkin oli pesunesteet varsin voimakashajuisia. Uskoisin, että hajusteettomat tuotteet olisivat parempia, kaikille sopivia. ”Lovely hotel in nice grounds. Good walks straight from the property. Excellent restaurant and very helpful staff. Always stop here overnight when heading north. Highly recommended”

Instead of feedback on finishing, I sent an inquiry by email to the hotel, it was not answered in any way. Also my friend sent the letter to the hotel, but was not found immediately, but as I said, I could stay again”

”Reception staff fairly friendly bar staff not so we waited over 10 mins for a member of staff no show so I went to reception we’re both the reception lady and the lady from the bar were just casually chatting and no apology for keeping us waiting”

”Staff were friendly. Location was good. The room had a smell of urine (assuming dog friendly, we have had dogs in the past so not against) and the carpet was stained with wet/liquid marks and very dirty. Not just stained, but dirty. The full room had a feeling of uncleanliness and we aren't the most fussy. It just needed a really good scrub from top to bottom and to smell fresh really. Decor or wear is fine. We left within a few hours, on our way out we were offered a swap of room, but we were...

”Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast.”
