”This hotel left me totally speechless. No water pressure in shower, had to go to the gym for shower. Gym was in awfull outdated dirty condition. Lockerroom was even worse. Then got a fine for parking. When checking in, I had to leave the vehichle registration number but I was never informed by the check in person that parking is chargeable. Why should I ever visit this hotel again?”

”Modern sleek hotel on Keele Uni campus. Beautiful spacious rooms with large walk in showers. Full marks to the cleaning staff as everything is imacculate. The staff at check-in, the bar , the restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Have to call out Connie who was really welcoming and managed to find me a table for dinner. Superb breakfast too. 👌 The only downside was the EV charging points were all taped up except one This could have been an issue if you were relying on charging up...

”Did not realise when booked it was more like dormitory accommodation. For schools or sporting groups - younger aged. ”

”We felt that the hotel offered very good value for money for a short few hour stay on route to our destination. It is true to say the hotel was full of charcter and one could easily imagine how beautiful it was in its heyday.... however time has clearly taken its toll. It seemed to have a variety of characters staying there..... Certainly one may feel vulnerable in the sirrounding area.... but the car park was close and included in the cost of the room. We have no complaints whatsoever. ...

”Not cheap by any means, but…. Great Rooms, Great Staff, Great Food, Clean, Quiet! It is almost like a Hilton Hotel, but if Hilton were to take this place over, they would ruin it. Third time staying. Will be back again.”

”Friendly and easy check in. Room was perfect for my needs. Slept well. Room clean and bed comfy. It surprised me how quiet it was at night. Took Winnie on her dog walk out of the grounds and wandered to see Chasewater. I have no hesitation in recommending staying here. ”

"Air conditioning was placed directly above the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Double bed was very narrow for two people. No refrigerator. Front door didn't open during the daytime."
