”Well, when we first arrived, they said our reservation had been canceled, which is bull. The shower barely worked at all, the room smelled like old smoke at 1am in the morning there were guests above us constantly walking back-and-forth that made very loud creeks in the floor absolutely horrible until 5:30 in the morning. We could not sleep at all. The staff ant reception and checking out never complimented to have a great, thank you or have a good day or anything very uninviting. I would never...

”It was a goid stay- beds, linens and towels exceeded my expectation. Breakfast was good- i loved that the hostess made the waffles. 24 hour coffee and ice water in the lobby also exceeded expectations. Plenty of free parking.- you do need to have your own transportation, the only non iimdustrial place within a bad weaher walk was a VFW.. They also need some flooring updated in the kobby and elevators.”

”The room was very nice and clean, also a great shower. The breakfast was lacking. After using the patio by the pool we couldn’t back in to the pool area through the pool door and had to go through a conference room and back around through the lobby, there was no key pad for that door???? The pool and hot tub were very nice!”

”Pool was closed. Rooms were dirty and no soap in the room my daughter stayed in. She checked out that first night. We never checked in. Couldn't check in till 5:30pm not like 3:00 as they said in the website. Hotel been in remodeling mode since December one staff member told us.”
