”Positives-Staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the night staff who helped with the constant slamming doors we were hearing from the guest above us. Food was good, typical continental breakfast. And there really are tons of things for kids to do. Playground inside is nice.
Downsides-kids not allowed in hot tub. Pool cold and some of my kids would not stay in it due to temperature. Very outdated rooms. Noise in poolside room was very loud. Constant slamming doors...

”We really enjoyed our visit at the guest house at the 30 acre Horse Ranch. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren were able to pet and feed the horses which they absolutely loved. Susan was so gracious and kind. She took us on a tour of the farm on the golf cart. We were able to go down one of the walking trails to the river. She also showed us the other two properties which were just beautiful. Our grandchildren didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be...

”Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.”

”Everything was great! The room was neat & tidy, the beds were comfortable & the service was courteous. The only issue we had was we were too close to the stairs & could hear all the kids running up & down them but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. We’ll request a different room next but everything was great otherwise. ”
