”There’s good and not quite as good aspects..Lovely sized room and bathroom with fantastic outlook, but smelt a bit damp almost like wet carpet that hadn’t dried properly. Very spacious bathroom with bath and shower, but a sensor turns on the lights so in the middle of the night if you visit the bathroom the whole bathroom lights up like a summers day. Bed really comfy and unusually firm pillows, perfect for me. And Alexa in the bedroom is a nice touch. Really peaceful (until the geese start 😁)...

”The hotel is great, just think the bar is understaffed and slow service. The hotel would benefit from an experienced bar staff. That said the staff are pleasant they just lack the bar training and experience. ”

”Rooms are so ridiculously outdated. Broken furniture and marks everywhere. Staff not interested and barely acknowledged us it was almost like we were not good enough to stay there. Didn't ask if we wanted dinner or breakfast or even if our stay was ok on checkout. Unfriendly staff at the bar. Main areas seemed fine did not use any facilities decided against giving them any further money after the way we were treated. Beautiful from the exterior but that's about it!”
