”Extremely popular hotel booked out completely over the weekend, but the staff have looked after everyone, in a really friendly and efficient way. Thank you all.”

”Staff were exceptional”

”Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down.”

”The staff friendly. Did not eat as had other plans but good food available and a reasonable price. A good location.”

”Honestly, terrible hotel. DO NOT be fooled by the positive reviews because I made the same mistake and booked this place based on them, and it ended up costing me. We booked a deluxe room and were given a disgusting, really smelly room We asked the receptionist to change it, he was very rude and he gave us another room on the first floor, which was somehow even worse We complained again because that room smelled too, and were given another one that was pretty much the same. ”Room was dated and needed some minor repairs and a detailed cleaning.(carpet, shower etc). There was no air conditioning so a fan would have been nice. The tv on the wall was the size of a postage stamp, as in smaller than a computer screen. The pub and restaurant were really good. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff were great, helpful and welcoming.”

”Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food. Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't. The staff are all friendly and helpful and offer taster sessions for things like Tai Chi and Cryotherapy alongside traditional spa treatments. A nice touch was a dining...

”Great staff Our rooms A/C was not working so the staff happily changed rooms for us to a larger one”

”Stayed at multiple Premier Inns throughout the week- no issue with any of the staff until checking in here. The receptionist required my passport and a whole lot of personal information, including my reason for being in the country, none of which any of the other receptionists required. When I questioned this, the receptionist became very short with me, wouldn’t answer my questions, and overall was very unpleasant to deal with. Her manager then came to assist her and did nothing to help the...

”No free parking, no free breakfast and poor services.”

”Staff were extremely helpful Room was lovely Would definitely stay again”
