”This is a really cool historic house. Beautiful wood throughout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Not necessarily the best place for mobility challenged guests as there are steps to navigate but it was just perfect for my family’s visit. ”

If you are looking for peace and quiet, and are into drawing, cooking or reading books to the sounds of trees rustling and water flowing across the street, you will be in heaven here. ”Property needs renovation and repairs however it was fine to stay for the weekend if you don’t plan to be in your room often. No temperature self regulation, it just gets turned on and off automatically. The 1915 restaurant is on the expensive side and the diner closes early. The main property, restaurants, etc are a drive from the stone cottages. Plan for extra travel time if in the stone cottages, there is only a one way exit and requires travel out of the way to turn around and get back to...
