”Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. No easy way to get from Parking Lot to Lobby, and no cart or van STAFF TO ASSIST! Property is lovely, but I stayed an extra three nights to enjoy the resort. It was a...

”Hotel was very clean, and easy to get around! Our room being directly across the hall from the laundry service was a bit annoying because the workers stood right outside the door talking loudly just a bit before 8am! Other than that we had a great stay and can’t wait to visit again!”

”We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. ”

”This house is massive! I opened a door expecting it to be a garage. It wasn't: it was a huge 5th bedroom! It was clean and we really appreciated that the refrigerator was totally empty (we're so used to having other people's condiments left in fridges). We are so appreciative that he allowed our rotten chihuahua-mix join us. Thank you! The owner was so responsive and flexible and the location was ideal. We loved going to First Village Coffee and recommend it.We had so much fun with the foosball...

”This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay.”
