”The room was not that clean, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Doors slam close super loud and you can hear all the doors slamming all night.”

”The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was quite roomy and the bathroom large. I have only one complaint. When the air conditioning turned on it was very noisy. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.”

”This is a beautiful hotel that has residents who live there and is also offers hotel accommodation. The two restaurants next to the building are excellent, The Shed and the an Italian restaurant. The parking is close to the building and free of charge. The check in is easy and the elevators are conveniently located. The room was spacious with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and it was very nice to have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and sink. The shower has a nice water...

”The property was very clean and well maintained. The front desk people were very helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious. There were two young ladies who were very helpful. They served us juice and picked up all the things after we were done eating. If I ever come back to New York I’ll be staying at this property again.”

Left a voicemail to the host about this concern and was never called back.Dog hair all over the sheets on both beds.Toilet not working properly. At one point overflowed and got water all over the floor. Dirty stools. The beds creeked.The people upstairs were ridiculously noisy. Found magnet tiles toy under the couch. Had to stand on bed to reach the light in...
