”I loved this place! We had a spacious room with direct access to the pool and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really good with quite a few options. You can borrow bikes for free and it is indeed the best way to explore Tulum. Cenotes, beaches and the Mayan ruins are only 15-20 min by bike. ”

”The property did everything they could but the seaweed prevented us from swimming or going to the beach. The humidity was horrible. We sweated thru all of our clothes. No elevators. We had to walk a lot and far sometimes. The resort is huge. Amazingly staff. Very friendly & professional. We felt very well taken care of. I would definitely come back. The transportation guys could be nicer & more patient. We felted rushed & overcharged a few times. But overall such an amazing resort. ”

”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...
