”The staff was very friendly and the hotel was pretty nice overall, but there were a couple of disappointments. We actually came for a staycation, largely to let the kids swim in the pool, but it was closed for some work. This unfortunately wasn ’t communicated until we arrived. Also, the sheet and blanket for the sofa bed looked like they’d been through a lot and had holes in them. In a few words, it was a mixed bag.”

”Our room was completely disgusting. Stains all over the carpet, empty beer bottles in the hallway, and we’re not sure what was in the bathtub and bathroom floor. When we left the property and asked for a refund, the front desk staff told us to go through Expedia and that the hotel would issue the refund. The hotel later denied the refund. The price might be cheaper than other hotels in the area, but not worth it!!”

”I mean not bad for a pet hotel but not the best. The property seems not maintained and is lipstick on a pig. The best was comfortable and clean but the shower was terrible.”
