”Great staff, but condition of the hotel is not great (even though its a new hotel) Shower doesnt work properly, even though multiple people have reported to fix. Rooms (especially facing the main road) are super noisy. You wont get any sleep as all the noise from outside is coming in (people talking outside, cars on the road) AC didnt work properly and lobby had super strong perfume. During checkout they didnt even ask about the stay Hotel is equivalent to a 3 star ”

”By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough. ”

”Hotel is new and in great condition, staff are kind. But they are very slow and need proper training I think. Restaurant service is slow. I had to wait with small kid for 1,5 h to get our food (it was delicious, but such a slow service) I visited the same hotel again in a few months and the same experience. Breakfast was not ready in the morning and nobody is the restaurant to prepare and we had to leave without breakfast.”
