”This is hotel is advertised as a raddisson blu hotel …. It IS NOT A RADDISDON HOTEL! it has changed to majestic and these are 2very different establishments! Gone are the plush rooms gone are the amazing clean rooms gone the concierge lounge ( replaced by a pool table!)breakfast…. well wasn’t worth the money plus there were probably only 5 families having breakfast while we’re were there and they had sectioned the best bit off where you could watch the trains. ”The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly.
