”Excellent stay”

”I had an okay stay, it was only a one night. The room was clean. The building itself is very old so that can be seen in the corridors and public spaces, and the location of the hotel is not the best as you need a cab to go basically anywhere. In total I give 3/5.”

”The food was lovely breakfast had lots of options and the dinner menu was fantastic! It was a shame we couldn’t dine in the restaurant as it was only allowed for people ordering the set valentine menu .. so we ate at the bar. The swimming pool was cold which was unfortunate. Along with staff cleaning out the drains in front of us by the showers as we swam. But the sauna and steam room and gym facilities were good along with robes to walk down in from our room. The £75 deposit per night was not...

”The Mill House on noin 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Readingin keskustasta, idyllisessä maalaismaisemassa sijaitseva perheyritys, joka tunnetaan Britanniassa suosittuna hääjuhlien viettopaikkana. Hotelli on rakennettu 1800-luvulla, mutta sisätilat ovat täysin modernit ja uusitut. Hotellihuone oli pieni mutta hyvin varustettu ja erittäin siisti. Huoneen varustukseen kuului mm. hiustenkuivaaja, silityslauta ja vedenkeitin + teepusseja. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja tyylikäs sisältäen erittäin...

”Friendly staff that couldn’t do enough to accommodate. I stayed while working nightshifts and they would organise to service the room outside of normal hours always checking if I needed towels tea coffee etc. I have stayed multiple times and will definitely stay again ”

”When booking my sister in law asked specifically that our three rooms should have river views. On arrival we found my husband and I had been given the disabled room, with no view at all. Somewhat disappointing as this was our annual family reunion and we had booked at least five months in advance. Also the basin in the bathroom was very small and low and there was no shelving to put wash bags anywhere.”

”I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know.”
