”Good place to stay”

”I stayed twice for couple of days at the hotel. Each time I felt welcomed by the very friendly staff. The rooms were cozy and beds very comfortable. ”

”This is an excellent place to stay if you plan to go to Houston. The staff and management are very kind and helpful. During my stay they were experiencing challenges in the kitchen but regardless this the staff put out an amazing breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!”

”The property and the rooms were spotless. And the staff was amazing. I loved the fact that they had a bar and a restaurant. The only thing I wish they had was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Because there is a lot of great food in Houston, Texas, but I had no way to bring any leftovers back to my hotel! Will still return there for sure.”

”At the price point we were surprised to find no bottles of water in the room - - - although there was a filtered water dispenser on the drinking fountain. As a Marriott Bonvoy member we weren’t offered any water at the front desk or any other upgrades. The rooms are excellent and appear to be recently remodeled. Staff all friendly and helpful. The food selection for breakfast is pretty sad - even by free Hotel breakfast standards. No hard boiled eggs at all - - - for example.”

”There was a musty smell in the room. One of the hand towel had a red spot on it, not sure whether it was blood or something else. Chair on the room has its synthetic cover peeling off and looked bad. TV screen seems to be damaged at places, yet working. (Seems they don't want to replace it until it stops working) Breakfast was good, but had a couple of homeless guys hanging around and made very uncomfortable. It seems to be a daily routine, as the staff wasn't taking any notice. Finally lesson...

”The only major complaints I had were the the lights were shut off for the whole property for most of a day. I believe it was outside of their control but I would have liked have received some sort of compensation for being without power during my stay. Its summer in Houston, not having air conditioning is miserable. Luckily I was able to make plans as to not have to be in my room while the power was out. Also the TV in the bedroom did not work at all. Luckily the one in the sitting room was just...

”The looks of this hotel are deceiving . Our first room the air did not work so they moved us to another room the second room smelled musty and it in fact had bed bugs . They moved us to a third room and it was okay . They need to have more breakfast options .”

”Everything was fantastic. The only complaint was from the kids because they didn't have waffles at breakfast.”

”Security on point the Security is the whole family, cameras everywhere well lit up ,no shenanigans here”

”Great hotel for a reasonable price. Clean room. Always love a waffle bar at a hotel breakfast.”

”The room ambience was warm and inviting. I enjoyed stained glass windows in the Floral Suite. Being a solo traveler, I wish there had been a more secure lock on the door. I would recommend to others.”
