We asked for a dog friendly hotel and couldn’t get get combination ether from you or the hotel. And when we arrived they told us they did not accept. Dogs. My partner is disabled and sharing a bathroom with others was not acceptable. ”Lovely stay at Quebecs with a complimentary upgrade which was nice and not done enough in the hotel world. Nice historical hotel with great features and lovely old decor. We both had the best night's sleep we've had in a while, the bed was really comfy. Bar was cosy but expensive. A few niggles in the room, tea tray could have been improved for a 4☆. I've stayed in much worse hotels with a better offering. Couldn't get the TV to work. All in all though I would definately stay there again.”

”Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...
